浅析神经内科患者的疾病特征及分布规律

Analysis of the Disease Characteristics and Distribution of Patients in Neurology Department

目的针对神经内科患者临床特征及分布规律进行较深入地分析研究,对于提高医院治疗水平及加强管理提供一定的参考。方法采用回顾性研究方法,比较分析研究对象信息,对患者基本状况、症状表现及诊断结果等有关资料,采用SPSS 17.0统计软件分析处理,归纳总结神经内科患者临床特征及分布规律。结果神经内科患者近年来逐年增长,男性患者多于女性患者,尤其是年龄较大患者,容易产生神经系统疾病,主要有脑血管疾病等,其中最多的疾病就是脑梗死。神经内科不同年龄疾病患者患病种类也不同,脑梗死是神经内科患者致死最常见的一种疾病,其次是脑出血。结论神经内科疾病目前已成为一种最常见的疾病,其防治方法日益引起医学界的普遍关注。

Objective To study the clinical features and distribution of the patients with nerve internal medicine, to provide some reference for improving the level of hospital treatment and strengthening management. Methods A retrospective study, a comparative analysis of the object information, the basic status of patients, symptoms and diagnosis results and other relevant data, analyzed by SPSS 17.0 statistical software, summarized the clinical characteristics of patients in department of neurology and distribution. Results The neurological patients increased year by year in recent years, male patients were more than female patients, especially in older patients, avoid nervous system disease, mainly with cerebrovascular disease, most of them is the disease of cerebral infarction. In the department of neurology, patients with different ages and different kinds of diseases, cerebral infarction is the most common disease in patients with neurological diseases, followed by cerebral hemorrhage. Conclusion The disease of nerve internal medicine has become one of the most common diseases. The prevention and cure method has attracted more and more attention in the medical field.
