摘要 目的分析外周血单个核细胞体外增殖抑制试验预测突发性聋患者听力预后价值。方法将71例突发性耳聋患者根据入组前是否已接受过治疗分为初治组(41例)与难治组(30例),均行GC治疗,难治组在GC治疗基础上给予辅助治疗用药。两组入组前均实施PBMC体外增殖抑制试验,比较两组患者PBMC增殖抑制率的差别及听力预后。结果初治组PBMC增殖抑制率高于难治组,且初治组治疗后受损频率PTA低于难治组(P<0.05);SSNHL患者PTA改善与PBMC增殖抑制之间呈正相关性,患者的PTA改善值与发病至就诊时间之间呈负相关性。结论 PBMC的体外增殖抑制试验可以预测SSNHL患者对GC的敏感性,为早期制定科学、个体化的治疗方案打下基础。 Objective To evaluate the prognostic value of peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC) in vitro. Methods 71 patients with sudden deafness were divided into initial treatment group(41 cases) and refractory group(30 cases) before and after the treatment. The patients in the treatment group were treated with GC. The treatment group was treated with adjuvant therapy on the basis of GC treatment. Two groups before the implementation of the PBMC in vitro proliferation inhibition test, compare the two groups of patients with PBMC proliferation inhibition rate of difference and hearing prognosis. Results The inhibitory rate of PBMC in initial treatment group was higher than that in the refractory group, and the frequency of PTA in newly diagnosed group was lower than that in refractory group(P〈0.05), there was a positive correlation between PTA and PBMC proliferation inhibition in patients with SSNHL, and negativecorrelation was observed between the patients with PTA and the incidence of the disease. Conclusion PBMC in vitro proliferation inhibition test can predict the sensitivity of SSNHL patients to GC, as early as the development of scientific and individualized treatment program to lay the foundation.[Key words] Sudden deafness, Peripheral blood mononuclear cells, In vitro
