全身麻醉下行腹部手术后患者两种体位的比较

Comparison of Two Different Postures of Patients After Abdominal Operation Under General Anesthesia

目的对比两种体位在全麻腹部手术后的应用效果。方法选取2015年7~12月患者,随机对照分组,A组、B组各入选患者70例,A组采取平卧位,B组采取半卧位,逐渐抬高床头至20°~45°,对比相关指标。结果术后6 h后,B组SaO_2高于A组、PaCO_2低于A组,B组肩颈痛发生率、腰背痛发生率低于A组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论全麻腹部手术后半卧位效果更好。

Objective To compare the two positions on the general abdominal surgery application effect. Methods From July to December 2015, patients were randomly divided into two groups, A group, B group of 70 patients were enrolled into the A group, A group take supine position, taking the supine position, B group adopted semi supine, gradually raise the bed to 20°~ 45°, relative index comparison. Results After 6 h, B group SaO_2 higher than the A group, PaCO_2 lower than the A group, B group, the incidence of neck pain,low back pain incidence rate was lower than the A group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion General anesthesia abdominal surgery in the latter half of the supine position was better.
