输尿管软镜钬激光碎石治疗上尿路结石后并发症的回顾性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的汇总分析我院输尿管软镜钬激光碎石治疗上尿路结石并发症发生率,比较我院与国内同样治疗并发症的发生率的区别,分享我院降低并发症发生率的措施及经验。方法我院输尿管软镜钬激光碎石治疗上尿路结石病例230例,分析其并发症发生率,并与浙江大学邵逸夫医院同类病例(500例)结果进行对比分析。结果我院术后并发症发生情况与邵逸夫医院术后并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论虽然输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术非常微创,仍有可能发生并发症,围手术期一定要采取措施,尽量避免并发症发生。 Objective To evaluate the complication rate of flexible ureteroscope laser lithotripsy for upper urinary tract calculi in our hospital, to compare the difference between the incidence of complications in our hospital and the same treatment, and share the measures and experience of reducing the incidence of complications in our hospital. Methods 230 cases of patients after flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of calculus of upper urinary tract were selected in our hospital, and the complications were analyzed, and were compared with 500 cases in Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital of Zhejiang University. Results The rate of complication between our hospital and Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital had no significant difference(P〉0.05). ConclusionAlthough the flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy is very minimally invasively, but it is still possible complication. Perioperative must take various measures to avoid complications.
