摘要
目的探讨甲状腺全切术在多发性结节性甲状腺肿治疗中的临床意义。方法 95例多发性结节性甲状腺肿患者被分为全切组和次全切组,前者行甲状腺全切手术,后者行甲状腺次全切手术。对比手术效果。结果全切组手术时间和术后住院天数均较次全切组缩短(P<0.05);全切组术后并发症发生率和复发率低于次全切组(P<0.05)。结论多发性结节性甲状腺肿患者采用甲状腺全切术治疗可有效促进术后恢复,减少复发。
Objective To discuss and study on the clinical significance of total thyroidectomy in the treatment of multiple nodular goiter. Methods 95 cases of patients with multiple nodular goiter were divided into total resection group and subtotal resection group, between which the former were treated with total thyroidectomy, while the latter were treated with subtotal resection operation. The operation effect was compared. Results The operation time and postoperative hospital stay of the total resection group were significant shorter than those of the subtotal resection group（P〈0.05）, of which the complicationrate and recurrence rate were far lower than those of the subtotal resection group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of total thyroidectomy in the treatment of multiple nodular goiter can effectively promote postoperative recovery and reduce recurrence.
