摘要 目的探讨下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)治疗中应用OPT-EASE可回收滤器的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2013年1月~2016年8月我院收治的18例DVT患者的临床资料,观察OPT-EASE可回收滤器下下肢深静脉血栓的治疗效果和滤器回收情况。结果 16例患者治疗后腔静脉造影显示下肢静脉基本无血栓,血流通畅。其中13例具备滤器回收指征后成功将滤器取出,3例因年龄高在患者家属要求下滤器永久留置,治疗有效率88.9%。结论 OPT-EASE可回收滤器在下肢深静脉临床治疗中的应用具有捕获能力强、回收成功率等优势,可有效预防肺栓塞。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of OPT-EASE type recoverable filter in the treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(DVT). Methods The clinical data of 18 patients with DVT admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to August 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. The treatment effect and the recovery of the filter were observed in the treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis with OPT-EASE. Results 16 cases of patients after the treatment of vena cava angiography showed that the lower limb veins basically no thrombosis, unobstructed blood flow. Among them, 13 cases with filter recovery after the successful removal of the filter, 3 cases of high age at the request of the family members of patients with permanent indwelling filter, the treatment effective rate of 88.9%. Conclusion The application of OPT-EASE filter in the clinical treatment of lower extremity deep vein has the advantages of strong ability of capture, success rate of recovery and so on, which can effectively prevent pulmonary embolism.
