伴发闭孔神经反射的TUR-BT中联合“凝推法”和“顺切法”的疗效

With Obturator Nerve Reflex TUR-BT Joint "Coagulation Method" and "Suitable Cutting Method"

目的探讨伴发闭孔神经反射TUR-BT中联合应用"凝推法"和"顺切法"的疗效。方法回顾性分析68例肌层非浸润性膀胱癌的TUR-BT,分两组:研究组(37例):采用联合"凝推法"和"顺切法"方法 ;对照组(31例):采用"顺切法"组。比较两组结果的差别。结果研究组膀胱穿孔率、肌层病理获取率低于对照组(P<0.05);膀胱术后1年的肿瘤复发率无明显差别。结论伴发闭孔神经反射的TUR-BT中联合"凝推法"和"顺切法"的手术方法可降低膀胱穿孔率;尽管膀胱肌层病理获取率低,但并不影响肿瘤复发率,仍是一种可供选择的方法。

Objective To study with obturator nerve reflex TUR-BT joint application ＂coagulation method＂ and ＂suitable cutting method＂. Methods The TUR-BT of 68 cases of non invasive bladder cancer were retrospectively analyzed, and two groups were divided into groups： the study group（37 cases）, the method of combining the ＂condensation method＂ and ＂parallel cut method＂; the control group（31 cases）. The difference between the two groups was compared. Results In the study group, the rate of bladder perforation and the rate of muscle pathology were lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate of bladder cancer after 1 years. ConclusionWith surgical method combined with ＂coagulation method＂ and ＂smooth cut method＂ the obturator nerve reflex in TUR-BT can reduce the rate of bladder perforation; although the bladder muscle pathological acquisition rate is low, but does not affect the tumor recurrence rate is still an option.
