磷酸肌酸钠治疗小儿心肌炎23例疗效研究

The Effect of Creatine Phosphate Sodium in the Treatment of Children With Myocarditis in 23 Cases

目的分析探讨磷酸肌酸钠治疗小儿心肌炎疾病的临床疗效。方法选取我院儿科近期收治并确诊的小儿心肌炎患儿46例,随机分为两组,其中对照组23例(男12例,女11例),观察组23例(男11例,女12例)。在治疗过程中两组均进行卧床休息,对照组例行常规方法高浓度大剂量维生素C,加用能量合剂治疗;观察组在对照组基础上给予磷酸肌酸钠治疗。结果观察组的临床症状和体征好转效果(95.65%)优于对照组(73.91%),差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论磷酸肌酸钠治疗小儿心肌炎疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect analysis of creatine phosphate sodium in the treatment of pediatric myocarditis disease. Methods 46 cases of children with myocarditis in our hospital recently admitted and diagnosed, were randomly divided into two groups, including 23 cases in the control group（male 12 cases, female 11 cases）, 23 cases in the observation group（male 11 cases, female 11 cases）. In the course of treatment in the two groups were in bed, the control group routine method of high concentration and large doses of vitamin C treated with energy mixture, the observation group in the control group were given sodium phosphocreatine treatment. Results Observation group of clinical symptoms and signs of improvement（95.65%） was better than the control group（73.91%）, the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion Effect of creatine phosphate sodium in the treatment of children with myocarditis is significant.
