慢性萎缩性胃炎患者采用疏肝和胃汤治疗的临床效果

The Clinical Effect of Shuganhewei Decoction in Patients With Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的分析中药疏肝和胃汤用于治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床效果。方法随机选择2015年4月~2016年4月在本院接受治疗的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者80例参与研究,随机平均分成两组,实施不同治疗,比较治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.0%,对照组总有效率为80.0%;观察组治疗后IL-lβ、TNF-α、MDA指标结果均低于对照组,GSH-PX、SOD指标结果均高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论中药疏肝和胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎患者能够取得理想效果,有效改善血清中各项指标水平。

Objective To analyse the clinical effect of shuganhewei decoction on patients with chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods 80 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis patients who received treatment in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were randomly divided into two groups, and they were given different treatments, the effect between two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 95.0%, the total effective rate of control group was 80.0%, after treatment, IL-lβ, TNF-α, MDA in the observation group were lower than the control group, GSH-PX, SOD were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The shuganhewei decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis can get ideal effect, effectively improve the indexes of serum levels.
