中西医结合治疗产后盆底功能障碍性疾病的效果分析

Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Postpartum Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

目的分析中西医结合治疗产后盆底功能障碍性疾病的治疗效果。方法选择2014年1月~2016年6月我院收治的80例产后盆底功能障碍性疾病患者,分成对照组与观察组,各40例患者,分别应用西医治疗和中西医结合治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗产后盆底功能障碍性疾病疗效较好。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction. Methods 80 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction treated in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2016 were divided into control group and observation group. 40 cases in each group. All patients were treated with western medicine and combined traditional Chinese and western medicine. Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction is better.
