内镜直视下放置鼻空肠营养管的配合及护理

Coordination and Nursing Care of Nasal Jejunum Nutrition Tube Placed Under Endoscope

目的探讨总结内镜直视下放置鼻空肠营养管患者的配合及护理措施。方法总结25例内镜直视下鼻空肠营养管放置患者在置管期的配合及护理措施,评估患者置管效果。结果 25例患者均一次性置管成功,置管时间5~12 min,平均（9.7±1.1）min。整个置管过程中患者耐受性良好而无不良反应发生,后续营养补充过程中无并发症。结论内镜直视下放置鼻空肠营养管需要护理人员与家属、医师、患者的联合配合才能达到安全、顺利插置的目的,护理人员也应该注重完成患者置管后的各项监督及预防性护理措施,避免患者置管后并发症的发生。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of endoscopic placement of nasojejunal tube coordination and nursing measures of patients. Methods To sum up the coordination and nursing measures of 25 patients with endoscopic sinus surgery and to evaluate the effect of indwelling catheter. Results 25 cases of patients with catheterization success, 5~12 min catheter, the average（9.7±1.1） min. The whole tube in the process of good patient tolerance and no adverse reactions occur, subsequent nutritional supplements without complication. Conclusion Nasoenteric feedingtubes placement needs of nursing staff and their families, physicians and patients with combined to achieve the safe and smooth insertion to endoscopic, nursing staff should pay attention to the patients completed the supervision and preventive nursing measures after the tube, to avoid the occurrence of complications in patients with indwelling catheter.
