基于微信平台的延续护理在视网膜脱离术后患者中的效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Continuous Nursing Based on We Chat Platform on Patients With Retinal Detachment Surgery

目的探讨基于微信平台的延续护理在视网膜脱离术后患者中的效果。方法选取视网膜脱离术后出院患者83例,并随机分为干预组(n=42)和对照组(n=41)。对照组患者出院时给予常规指导;干预组在对照组基础上实施基于微信平台的延续护理,持续24周。比较两组患者的治疗依从性、视网膜复位率、健康知识掌握度及心理满意度。结果与对照组比较,干预组患者在治疗依从性、视网膜复位率、健康知识掌握度及满意度方面均高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论出院后对视网膜脱离术后患者进行微信平台的延续护理,能够有效地提高患者出院后的治疗依从性和视网膜复位率。

Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing based on We Chat platform on patients with retinal detachment surgery. Methods 83 patients with retinal detachment surgery were randomly divided into intervention group（n=42） and control group（n=41）. In control group, patients received routine care and discharge instruction, while in intervention group, patients not only received routine care and discharge instruction but also received continuous nursing provide through We Chat platform for 24 weeks. The treatment adherence, retina reset rate, master degree of health knowledge and psychological satisfaction of patients in two groups were compared. Results Compared with control group, The treatment adherence, retina reset rate, master degree of health knowledge and psychological satisfaction of patients in intervention group were higher than those of control group, the differences had statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The continuous nursing based on We Chat platform can effectively improve the treatment adherence and retina reset rate of retinal detachment surgery patients discharged from hospital.
