摘要
目的研究在胃癌术后患者中实行心理护理干预对患者术后睡眠时间、疼痛、负性情绪等的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将我院消化内科2015年2月~2016年2月收治的58例胃癌术后患者分为两组,对照组护理中予以我院常规护理,实验组护理过程中予以心理护理,对比两组患者护理后各项指标变化情况。结果实验组护理后睡眠时间、疼痛评分、SAS评分、SDS评分等指标均优于对照组,P〈0.05,差异有统计学有意义。结论将心理护理干预应用在胃癌术后患者中具有显著效果,可以改善患者睡眠质量,降低患者疼痛与不良情绪。
Objective To study the practice the psychological nursing intervention in patients with postoperative gastric cancer patients after sleep, pain, and negative emotions. Methods 58 cases of postoperative gastric cancer patients were divided into two groups in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016, the control group of nursing in our hospital for routine care, the experimental group in the process of nursing psychological nursing, compared two groups of patients with nursing indexes change situation. Results The sleep time, pain score, SAS score, SDS score of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The application of psychological nursing intervention in patients with gastriccancer after surgery has significant effect, can improve the quality of sleep in patients with lower pain and bad mood.
