原子吸收分光光度法测定乳酸亚铁胶囊的溶出度

摘要 目的:建立乳酸亚铁胶囊溶出度的检查方法和测定方法。方法:以0.1mol·L^(-1)盐酸溶液为溶出介质,蓝法,转速为50r·min^(-1),取样时间30min,以原子吸收分光光度法在248.35nm波长处进行测定。结果:亚铁离子检测浓度的线性范围为0.5~5.0μg·m L^(-1)(r=0.999);平均回收率为99.63%,RSD=0.2%。结论:所用方法准确、可靠,可用于测定该制剂的溶出度。 Objective: To establish a test and determination method of Ferrous lactate capsule by AAS. Methods basket method was adopted with 0.1mol·L^-1 hydrochloric acid solution as the dissolution medium.The speed was 50r·min^-1. After 30 minutes the dissolution medium was taken and analyzed by AAS and detection wavelength was 248.35. Results The linear range of ferrous ion detection concentration was 0.5-5.0μg·mL^-1 (r=0.999).The average recovery was 99. 63% with the RSD of 0.2%. Conclusion This method is reliable and can be used for determining the dissolution of the preparation.
