绝经早期妇女小剂量利维爱治疗对靶器官的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:评价绝经早期妇女小剂量利维爱治疗对靶器官的影响。方法:采用开放调研的方法选取42例绝经后女性进行研究,给予小剂量利维爱,另选取同年龄、绝经时间的绝经女性为对照组,未服用利维爱,对比两组靶器官所受的影响。结果:观察组治疗后子宫体积与治疗前相比无显著差异P>0.05,但萎缩程度小于对照组,P<0.05,治疗前后子宫内膜厚度、卵巢面积、乳腺体层厚度、乳腺导管直径与对照组相比无显著差异,P>0.05。结论:绝经早期女性应用小剂量利维爱可减缓早期子宫萎缩,但对乳腺导管直径、乳腺体层厚度、卵巢面积、内膜厚度无明显影响,远期影响需进行长期随访。
