槐花米中芦丁提取过程的展开剂优化处理

摘要 目的:研究槐花米中芦丁的提取过程、展开剂的优化处理。方法:根据芦丁的酸碱性和结构特征,选用混合溶剂作为展开剂,乙醇与芦丁具有相同的官能团,加入冰乙酸可减少拖尾。结果:分离良好,斑点圆且较集中,无拖尾现象。结论:展开剂的选择除了有良好的结果,应尽量选择低毒或者无毒的试剂,优化展开剂调整为乙醇∶水∶冰乙酸=8∶2∶0.5。 Intention: Optimized disposal of expanding agent in the process of extracting Rutin in Sophrajaponica.Method:according to acid,alkali and structural features of Rutin,we choose mixed solvent as expanding agent.meanwhile ethanol and Rutin have the same functional group, which can reduce tailing when added to acetic acid.Result:the segregation is good, the speckle is circular and relatively intensive , there is no phenomenon of tailing.Conclusion:besides the favorable result of the choosing expanding agent, select low toxicity or non-toxic reagent as possible as we can and adjust expanding agent for ethanol: water: glacial acetic acid=8:2:0.5.
