Expression and clinical significance of Cox-2 in acute leukemia

目的：探讨不同类型急性白血病Cox-2蛋白的表达与临床特征的关系。方法：应用流式细胞仪定量检测本院2013年6月～2016年6月住院治疗的30例急性白血病患者与8例正常人骨髓Cox-2的表达水平，并探讨急性白血病的表达与诊断分型的关系。结果：正常对照组Cox-2阳性率12．5％，急性淋巴细胞白血病Cox-2阳性率11．1％，急性髓系白血病Cox-2阳性率52．4％，组间比较有显著差异（P〈0．05）。急性髓系白血病中，不同亚型的Cox-2荧光指数分别M1（1．41±0.31），M2（1．83±0．58）；M3（1．67±0．45）；M4（2．72±0．71）；M5（2．83±0．96）；组间差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05），M4，M5亚型Cox-2荧光指数较其他组明显升高。结论：急性髓系白血病特别是M4、M5亚型Cox-2蛋白表达升高，提示Cox-2高表达可能与急性髓系白血病的发生发展有关。

Objeetiv：To investigate the relationship between the expression of Cox-2 protein and the clinical characteristics in different types of acute leukemia. Methods：the expression levels of Cox-2 from nanhai hospital between 2013/6 and 2016/6 in 30 cases of acute leukemia and 8 normal persons were detected by flow cytometry, and the relationship between the expression of acute leukemia and the diagnosis of acute leukemia was also discussed. Results：the positive rate of Cox-2 in normal control group was 12.5%, the positive rate of Cox-2 in acute lymphoblastie leukemia was 11.1%, the positive rate of Cox-2 in acute myeloid leukemia was 52.4%, there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Acute myeloid leukemia, fluorescence index of different subtypes of COX-2 were MI （1.41±0.31）, M2 （1.83±0.58）, m3 （1.67±0.45）, M4 （2.72±0.71）, M5 （2.83±0.96）. The difference between the two groups have statistical significance （P〈0.05）, M4, M5 subtype COX-2 fluorescence index than the other groups increased signific, antly. Conclusion：in the acute myeloid leukemia, especially M4, the expression of M5 protein is increased, which suggests that the high expression of Cox-2 may be related to the occurrence and development of acute myeloid leukemia.
