摘要
目的:研究四麝汤混合母乳喂养对婴儿胃肠道耐受度和粪便性状的影响。方法:选择2016年1月至2016年6月长沙某社区卫生服务中心登记的4周龄婴儿40例,分为试验组和对照组各20例,连续记录4周喂养情况和大便性状及胃肠道反应等。结果:4周后,试验组婴儿未发生1例呕吐、腹胀,等症状,且大便性状正常;对照组婴儿发生腹胀5例,呕吐6例,且有5例大便异常。结论:四磨汤混合母乳喂乔有助于婴儿胃排空,可减少胃肠道不耐受表现。
Objective： To investigate the effects of simo decoction oral solutionto stool kind and gastrointestinal tract of infants. Methods： 40 healthy infants with breast-fed were selected and given continuous recording 4 weeks feeding situation and stool characteristics and gastrointestinal reaction, etc. The 40 cases were randomly divided into control group and test group and 20 infants for each. Results： There was good tolerance of simo decoctionoral solution after 4 weeks treatment. In test group, there were none symptom of emesis and abdominal distension. In control group, there were 5 cases with abdominal distension, 6 with emesis and 5 cases with stool abnormity. Conclusion： simo decoction oral solution mixed with breast feeding contributed to gastric emptying of infants and it also could decrease the expression of ingastrointestinal tolerance.
