目的:针对在门诊的中药房进行饮片调剂时发生的差错进行原因分析,并且总结有针对性的防范手段。方法:发生的40例饮片调剂错误,对其发生原因展开回顾性分析和总结。结果:导致中药调剂出现差错的原因有:处方初审失误、调剂失误以及复核发药失误等。结论:在门诊当中,强化对药品调剂进行管理的力度非常必要,可以提升临床用药安全性,降低医患纠纷,增强患者的信任度。
