浅析应用中医理念对老年咳嗽患者行健康教育及康复指导的效果

Analysis of the application of the concept of traditional Chinese medicine for the elderly patients with cough health education and rehabilitation guidance

目的:探究中医理念下老年咳嗽患者行健康教育及康复指导的应用效果。方法:86例老年咳嗽患者,均给予康复指导和健康教育,分析其病症改善与护理满意度。结果:经康复指导和健康教育后,患者咳嗽病情均得到改善,无严重的发热、胸闷等不良反应发生。86例患者中非常满意62例,占72.09%;满意24例,占27.91%;无一例患者不满意。结论:针对老年咳嗽患者予以中医理念下的康复指导和健康教育,能有效改善患者病情。

Objective： To explore the older Chinese medicine cough patients under the guidance of the concept of health education and rehabilitation ap- plication effect. Methods：86 cases of elderly cough patients were given rehabilitation guidance and health education, analysis of the disease and improve nursing satisfaction. Results ： cough all patients were improved, adverse reactions and no serious chest tightness, breathing difficulties occur; through re- habilitation guidance and health education in Chinese medicine under the concept, there are 72.09% of patients were very satisfied with 38.71% of pa- tients expressed satisfaction with no patients dissatisfied. Conclusion： After rehabilitation instruction and health education, the patient~ cough was im- proved, no serious adverse reactions such as fever and chest tightness occurred. 86 of the 62 patients were very satisfied with 27.91% cases, accounting for 72.09% ; 24 cases were satisfactory, and no patient was not satisfied.
