摘要
目的：观察中西医结合治疗儿童新鲜孟氏骨折23例的临床疗效。方法：23例新鲜孟氏骨折患儿，所有患儿均先行中医手法整复，若未达到解剖复位则配合手术内固定治疗，术后配合功能训练及中药熏洗治疗。观察其治疗效果。结果：23例患儿均随访，随访时间2～12个月，平均时间6．8个月。其中，优22例，良1例，差0例，优良率为100％。结论：中西医结合治疗儿童新鲜孟氏骨折疗效确切.
Objective To observe the effect of integraed TCM and western medicine to treat fresh Monteggia fracture in children. Methods 23 cases of fresh Monteggia fracture in children, all children were the first Chinese manipulation, if not reach anatomical reduction with internal fixation, postopera- tive combined with functional training and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment. Observe its therapeutic effect. Results 23 cases were followed up for 2 to 12 months, with an average time of 6. 8 months. Among them, excellent in 22 cases, good in 1 cases, poor in 0 cases, the excellent and good rate was 100%. Conclusion The effect of integraed TCM and western medicine to treat flesh Monteggia fracture in children is effective.
