复方甲硝唑栓联合雌三醇乳膏对萎缩性阴道炎患者阴道内环境的影响

Effect of Compound Metronidazole Suppositories Combined with Estriol Cream on the Internal Environment of Atrophic Vaginitis

目的:探讨复方甲硝唑栓联合雌三醇乳膏对老年性阴道炎患者阴道内环境的影响。方法:老年性阴道炎患者86例随机分为2组。对照组43例采用复方甲硝唑栓治疗,观察组43例采用复方甲硝唑栓联合雌三醇乳膏治疗。观察治疗前、治疗结束后1个月及6个月后,两组患者阴道pH、阴道乳酸杆菌数量及阴道健康评分变化;记录治疗过程中的药品不良反应。结果:治疗结束1个月和6个月后,两组患者阴道pH、阴道乳酸杆菌数量及阴道健康评分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05);且观察组各项指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗过程中均未发生药品不良反应。结论:复方甲硝唑栓联合雌三醇乳膏治疗老年性阴道炎能明显改善阴道内环境,且维持时间长。

Objective： To investigate the effect of compound metronidazole suppositories combined with estriol cream on the internal environment of senile vaginitis. Methods： Totally 86 patients with senile vaginitis were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group （ n = 43 ） was given compound metronidazole suppositories and the observation group （ n = 43 ） was given compound metronidazole suppositories combined with estriol cream. The vaginal pH value, detection amoun of lactobacillas and vaginal health scores in both groups were observed one month and six months after the end of the observation group. The adverse reactions were also compared. Results ： After one month and six months after the end of the observation group, the vaginal pH value, detection a- mount of lactobacillus and vaginal health scores were significantly better in the observation group than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The two groups both showed significant differences in the indices before the treatment and after the treatment. The above indices were re-examined six months after the drug withdrawal, there were still significant differences between the observation group and the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. No adverse drug reactions were shown in both groups. Conclusion： Compound metronidazole suppositories combined with estriol cream can improve the internal environment with longer effective time in the treatment of senile vaginitis.
