分析中医柴胡疏肝散治疗慢性浅表性胃炎肝胃不和证的效果

目的:研讨中医柴胡疏肝散治疗慢性浅表性胃炎肝胃不和证的效果。方法:慢性浅表性胃炎肝胃不和证患者64例,随机分为观察组与对照组各32例,对照组行常规西医治疗方案,观察组在此基础上实施中医柴胡疏肝散治疗,观察比较两组治疗效果、临床症状改善情况、中医证候积分以及患者的满意度。结果:观察组治疗效果、临床症状改善情况均好于对照组(P<0.05);中医证候积分情况在治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组好于对照组(P<0.05);患者满意度观察组好于对照组(P<0.05),差异存在统计学意义。结论:中医柴胡疏肝散治疗慢性浅表性胃炎肝胃不和证的效果显著,患者的满意度较高,值得临床推广。

Objective：To study the TCM CHSGS treatment of chronic superficial gastritis with ineoordination between the liver and stomach effect. Methods：Shallow table gastritis of liver stomach disharmony of 64 cases of patients, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 32 cases, control group was treated with conventional western medicine treatment programs observed group on the basis of the implementation of Chinese medicine Chaihu shugan powder treatment. Results：To observe the effect of treatment group, the clinical symptoms improved significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）; TCM syndrome score before treatment had no statistically significant （P〉0.05）, after treatment, observation group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）; patients satisfaction of observation group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine Chaihu shugan powder treatment of chronic superficial gastritis liver stomach disharmony effect, high patient satisfaction, worthy of clinical promotion.
