缬沙坦联合黄葵胶囊治疗糖尿病早期肾病的临床观察

Effects of valsartan combined with okra capsule in treatment of early diabetic nephropathy

目的:探讨缬沙坦联合黄葵胶囊治疗2型糖尿病早期肾病的临床疗效。方法:随机将40例2型糖尿病伴早期肾病患者分成观察组(20例)和对照组(20例)。观察组给予黄葵胶囊5粒,口服,3次/d;缬沙坦80mg,口服,1次/d。对照组仅给予缬沙坦80mg,口服,1次/d。两组均连续治疗8wk,在治疗前、治疗后分别测定24h尿蛋白(24h UP)、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)并评价临床疗效。结果:缬沙坦联合黄葵胶囊治疗的总有效率明显高于单用缬沙坦治疗,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前观察组和对照组24h UP、BUN、SCr差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者24h UP,BUN和SCr水平较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与单用缬沙坦治疗比较,缬沙坦联合黄葵胶P囊治疗后,24h UP水平明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但SCr和BUN进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:缬沙坦联合黄葵胶囊治疗糖尿病早期肾病临床疗效好,可以降低尿蛋白,保护肾功能,值得临床推广。

Objective：It is to approach the influence of valsartan combined with okra capsule in patients with early diabetic nephropathy. Methods： Forty early diabetic nephropathy patients were randomly divided into valsartan group with 20 cases and combined group with 20 eases. The combined group was treated with valsartan 80 mg once a day and okra capsule 5 pieces three times a day by oral administration, and the valsartan group was treated with valsartan 80 mg once a day by oral administration. Eight weeks after treatment, the curative effect was evaluated. The levels of blood urea nitrogen（BUN）, serum creatinine （SCr）, urine protein（UP） amount in 24 hours were observed in the two groups.Results：There was no significant difference in the levels of BUN, SCr and 24hUP between the two groups before treatment （P〉0.05）.The levels of BUN, SCr and 24hUP after treat- ment were lower than those before treatment in the two groups （P〈0.05）.After treatment,the levels of 24 hUP in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group（P〈0.05 ）, but there was no significant difference in SCr and BUN level between the two groups（P〉0.05 ）.Conclusion： Valsartan combined with okra capsule for treating early DN can obtain good clinical effect, reduce UP and protect the kidney.
