升清降浊方对慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠肾功能的影响

摘要 目的:探讨升清降浊方对慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠肾功能的影响。方法:160只SD大鼠随机分为升清降浊方组、益气活血清热解毒方组、肾衰组、空白组,每组40只,除空白组外其余各组采用大鼠1/3肾切除方法,制备慢性肾功能衰竭模型。益气活血清热解毒方和升清降浊方给予溶液(浓度为1g/m L)1m L/100g灌胃,1次/d;空白组和肾衰组给予等量生理盐水灌胃,各组均灌胃28d。各组采血分离血清,全自动生化分析仪检测大鼠血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、尿酸(UA)水平。结果:益气活血清热解毒方可降低肾衰大鼠血清UA水平(P<0.05);升清降浊方可降低大鼠血清BUN水平(P<0.05)并能显著降低肾衰大鼠血清UA水平(P<0.01)。结论:升清降浊方能明显提高益气活血清热解毒作用,缓解慢性肾衰竭症状,改善肾功能。 Objective:To explore the influence of Shengqing Jiangzhuo Fang on renal function of rats with chronic renal failure. Methods:Totally 160Spragne Dawley rats were randomly divided into Shengqing Jiangzhuo Fang group(n=40), Yiqi Huoxue Qingre Jiedu Fang group(n=40), CRF model group(n=40) and blank group (n=40). CRF models were established in erery group adopting the method of 1/3 nephrectomy except in blank group. Yiqi Huoxue Qingre Jiedu Fang group and Shengqing Jiangzhuo Fang group were given 1mL/100g solution (concentration lg/mL)by gavage once erery day. Blank group and CRF model group were given equivalent normal saline by gavage. All the treatments were lasted for 28 days. Serum samples of rats were collected in each group. Serum urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Cr) and uric acid (UA) levels of rats in each group were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer. Results: BUN and UA in CRF model group increased more significantly than those in blank group (P〈0.01). Serum BUN and UA of rats in Shengqing Jiangzhuo Fang group were lower than those in CRF model group (P〈0.05,P〈0.01).The level of serum UA in Shengqing Jiangzhuo Fang group decreased more significantly than that in Yiqi Huoxue Qingre Jiedu Fang group (P〈0.01 or P〈0.05). Conclusion:Shengqing Jiangzhuo Fang can obviously increase the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Qingre Jiedu Fang, alleviate the symptoms fo chronic renal failure and improve renal function.
