摘要 目的继续医学教育是卫生技术人员的终身教育,与专业技术人员的聘任、执业注册、年度考核、晋升相挂钩。随着医院的发展,需要进行继续医学教育的分级管理。方法本文通过运用PDCA循环的计划、实施、评价、修正来规范继续医学教育分级管理。结果继教实行分级管理后,大大缩短了继续医学教育年度审核时间,科教外事科通过下一个PDCA循环进一步提高科室的合格率,提高继续医学教育的审核效率。结论继教分级管理是医院发展的需要,PDCA无限循环下,继续医学教育分级管理更加完善有效。 Objective Continuing Medical Education is the lifelong aducation of health technical personnel, it is associated with annual appraisal, practice registration, employment and promotion. With the development of the hospital, the need for Continuing Medical Education in the hospital three levels of management. Methods In this paper, the use of PDCA cycle of planning, implementation, evaluation, revision to standardize the management of Continuing Medical Education. Results After teaching the classification manasement, greatly accelerated the ,of Continuing Medical Education annual audit, Education & Foreign Affairs Department through the next PDCA cycle to further improve the qualified rate of the Department. It achieved more efficient operation of the continuing medical education. Conclusion The teaching is the need of the development of hospital classification management, infinite PDCA cycle, the classification management will be improved effectively.
