慢性老年肾衰竭患者血液高通量透析治疗的临床研究

Clinical Study of High Flux Hemodialysis in Patients With Chronic Renal Failure

目的 剖析慢性老年肾衰竭用血液高通量透析疗法的疗效。方法 采用数字抽签原理,将2013年7月-2016年2月我科纳入的60例慢性老年肾衰竭患者等分成A、B两组,A组行高通量透析治疗,B组行血液透析滤过治疗。观察两组并发症发生情况,比较相关治疗指标。结果 A组并发症发生率为6.67%,B组为20.0%。A组明显低于B组。两组对比,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后,A组BUN、TG与β2-MG及ABL水平优于B组,两组对比,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 将高通量血液透析法积极用于老年慢性肾衰竭中,安全可靠,有助于患者病情的良好控制。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of high flux hemodialysis therapy for chronic renal failure in elderly patients.Methods By using the principle of digital drawing, from July 2013 and February 2016, 60 cases of chronic renal failure were divided into two groups, A and B, A group was treated with high lfux dialysis, B group was treated with hemodialysis. Two groups of complications were observed, comparison of related therapeutic targets.Results The complication rate of A group was 6.67%, B group was 20.0%. A group was signiifcantly lower than that of B group. The difference was statistically signiifcant between two groups （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of BUN, TG, β2-MG and ABL in group A were better than that of B group, the difference was statistically signiifcant between two groups （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion High lfux hemodialysis was used in the elderly patients with chronic renal failure, safe and reliable, good control of the patient＇s condition.
