摘要
目的 探讨血管性痴呆(VD)、阿尔茨海默病(AD)与血浆C-反应蛋白(CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的相关性。方法 选取2015年8月-2016年8月本院收治的42例AD患者为A组,选取同期收治的40例VD患者为B组,选取同期本院体检健康者40名为C组。结果 A组、B组CRP、Hcy水平均高于C组(P〈0.05),但A组、B组对比,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);三组Hcy水平均与MMSE呈负相关(P〈0.05);仅C组CRP水平与MMSE呈负相关(P〈0.05),A组、B组CRP水平与MMSE无相关性。结论 在老年痴呆患者疾病发生与发展过程中,CRP、Hcy水平变化发挥着重要的作用,需引起高度关注。
Objective To investigate the relationship between vascular dementia (VD), Alzheimer's disease (AD) and plasma C-reactive protein (CRP) and homocysteine (Hcy).Methods From August 2015 to August2016 in our hospital, 42 cases of AD patients was selected as A group, to select the same period of 40 cases of VD patients for B group, to select the same period of the hospital medical health, 40 cases for the C group. ResultsCRP, Hcy levels of A group and B group, were higher than that of group C (P〈0.05), but A group and B group, there was no statistically significant difference (P〉0.05). The level of Hcy in three groups were negatively correlated with MMSE (P〈0.05), group C was negatively related to the level of CRP and MMSE (P〈0.05), there was no correlation between A group, CRP group and MMSE B level.ConclusionIn the course of disease occurrence and development of senile dementia, the change of Hcy and CRP plays an important role, which needs to be paid close attention .
