助产人员在新生儿复苏中的作用分析

Analysis of the Role of Midwife in Neonatal Resuscitation

目的 探索助产人员在新生儿复苏中的作用。方法 选取我院2013年8月-2015年8月收治的100例阴道分娩的新生儿为此次研究对象,其中发生新生儿窒息的有40例,对新生儿窒息者进行复苏流程操作。结果 新生儿窒息者通过助产人员的复苏操作后,1例（2.50%）新生儿经历了人工呼吸和心脏按压,复苏成功率为100.00%（40例）。结论 助产人员在新生儿复苏过程中起到重要作用,同时加强助产人员专业知识学习,可提高分娩安全性。

Objective To explore the role of midwives in neonatal resuscitation.Methods 100 cases of newborns who received vaginal delivery from August 2013 to August 2015 were selected for the study object. 40 cases of patients with neonatal asphyxia were treated with resuscitation procedures for neonatal asphyxia.Results1 cases （2.50%） of newborn infants underwent artiifcial respiration and cardiac compression, and the success rate of resuscitation was 100.00% （n=40） in the neonatal asphyxia. Conclusion Midwife in the process of neonatal recovery plays an important role, while strengthening the midwifery professional knowledge, which can improve the safety of childbirth.
