后腹腔镜保留肾单位肾肿瘤手术分析

Analysis of Retroperitoneal Laparoscopic Renal Sparing Surgery

目的 探讨后腹腔镜保留肾单位肾肿瘤手术的临床效果。方法 选取我院2010年8月-2016年3月收治的40例肾肿瘤切除术患者为研究对象,电脑随机将40例患者分为观察组（n=20）和对照组（n=20）;对照组患者行常规开放手术,观察组行后腹腔镜手术治疗。结果 观察组手术时间为（102.4±10.0）min,肾脏热缺血时间为（29.8±4.9）min,对照组以上两组数据分别为（89.7±9.6）min、（20.4±2.7）min;组间比较,观察组均高于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组患者的术中失血量为（48.5±12.3）ml、住院时间为（8.7±1.2）d,对照组以上两项数据分别为：（74.8±17.3）ml、（11.4±2.8）d,组间比较,观察组均低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 后腹腔镜下保留肾单位手术治疗肾肿瘤疗效显著,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal sparing surgery for renal tumor.Methods 40 cases of renal tumor in our hospital from August 2010 to March 2016 during the resection of the patient as the research object, 40 cases were randomly divided into observation group （n=20） and control group （n=20）. The control group underwent conventional open surgery, the treatment group received laparoscopic surgery.ResultsThe operation time of the observation group：（102.4 ± 10.0） min, renal warm ischemia time was （29.8 ± 4.9） min, control group were （89.7 ± 9.6） min, （20.4 ± 2.7） min. Comparison between groups, the observation group was higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. The concept of blood loss in observation group was （48.5 ± 12.3） ml, hospitalization time was （8.7 ± 1.2） d, the control group： （74.8 ± 17.3） ml, （11.4 ± 2.8） d were compared between the observation group were lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. ConclusionLaparoscopic surgery for renal tumor is signiifcant and safe.
