高功率光子治疗配合常规理疗对急性期周围性面神经炎疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Water-filtered Infrared-A Combined With Conventional Physical Factors in the Treatment of Acute Peripheral Facial Neuritis

目的观察高功率光子治疗(威伐光)配合常规理疗对周围性面神经炎的影响。方法将60例周围性面神经炎患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组各30例患者;对照组患者给予常规理疗,治疗组患者在对照组患者治疗基础上加用威伐光治疗。结果治疗后,治疗组患者总有效率为97%,高于对照组80%;治疗组优良率为90%,高于对照组63%。结论威伐光联合常规理疗对急性期面神经炎疗效显著。

Objective To observe the impact of water-filtered infrared-A （wIRA） with conventional physical factorstherapy on peripheral facial neuritis.Methods 60 patients with peripheral facial neuritis were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the treatment group, 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional physical factors therapy, the treatment group received wIRA combined with conventional physical factors therapy.Results The treatment group with total effective rate was 97%, significantly higher than the control group 80%. The excellent rate of treatment group was 90%, significantly higher than the 63% in the control group.Conclusion wIRA combined conventional physical factors therapy has a good effect on acute peripheral facial neuritis.
