氨氯地平、厄尔沙坦联合运用于原发性高血压治疗的效果与药理分析

The Effect and Pharmacological Analysis of Amlodipine Combined With Irbesartan in the Treatment of Primary Hypertension

目的探讨氨氯地平、厄尔沙坦联合运用于原发性高血压治疗的效果与药理作用。方法选取我院收治120例原发性高血压患者,按照随机抽签法分为A组(单一氨氯地平治疗)、B组(单一厄尔沙坦治疗)、C组(氨氯地平+厄尔沙坦治疗),每组各40例患者,对比三组的治疗效果。结果 C组患者治疗总有效率为97.5%,高于A组(85.0%)、B组(87.5%),C组与另外两组对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组不良反应发生率为5.0%,均低于A组(12.5%)、B组(15.0%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且C组血压达标率为95.0%,均高于A组(60.0%)、B组(52.5%)(P<0.05)。结论氨氯地平、厄尔沙坦联合治疗原发性高血压患者,可获取较佳的疗效。

Objective To investigate the effect and pharmacology of amlodipine in combination with irbesartan in the treatment of primary hypertension. Methods 120 cases of primary hypertension in our hospital were selected, according to the random draw method is divided into A group （single amlodipine treatment）, B group （single irbesartan treatment）, C group （amlodipine and irbesartan）, 40 cases of patients in each group, to compare the treatment effect of three groups. Results The total effective rate of patients in group C was 97.5%, which was higher than group A （85%）, group B （87.5%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in group C was 5%, which were lower than the A group （12.5%）, B group （15%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. And the standard rate of blood pressure of C group was 95%, which were higher than A group （60%）, B group （52.5%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Amlodipine in combination with irbesartan in patients withprimary hypertension can obtain better curative effect.
