小儿猩红热的临床类型及治疗分析

Clinical Types and Treatment Analysis of Scarlet Fever in Children

目的分析小儿猩红热的临床类型和治疗情况。方法选择46例猩红热患儿,观察其临床表现、类型以及治疗结果。结果痊愈15例,显效30例,无效1例,治疗总有效率为97.8%。患儿临床症状的平均改善时间为(10.6±1.3)d,平均住院时间为(7.4±0.5)d,治疗中无明显的不良反应发生。结论小儿猩红热根据病情予以及时有效的针对性治疗,可以改善患儿的症状,治疗效果明显。

Objective To analyze the clinical types and treatment ofchildren with scarlet fever.Methods 46 cases of scarlet fever in children, to observe the clinical manifestation, types and treatment results.Results 15 cases were cured, 30 cases were markedly effective, 1 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 97.8%. The average improvement time of clinical symptoms was （10.6±1.3） d, the average length of stay was （7.4±0.5） d, and no signiifcant adverse reactions occurred in the treatment. Conclusion Children with scarlet fever according to the disease to timely and effective targeted therapy, which can improve the patient＇s symptoms, the treatment effect is obvious.
