非洛地平缓释片治疗高血压的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Felodipine Sustained Release Tablets in the Treatment of Hypertension

目的 分析非洛地平缓释片在高血压患者治疗中的临床效果。方法 选取2014年11月-2015年11月我院收治的高血压患者60例,将其随机分为A组与B组,每组各30例,A组患者采用硝苯地平缓释片药物口服治疗,B组患者采用非洛地平缓释片进行治疗。结果 治疗后,B组患者临床治疗的总有效率与不良反应率均优于A组（P〈0.05）。结论 非洛地平缓释片应用于高血压患者治疗中临床效果显著,且安全性极高。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of felodipine sustained release tablets in the treatment of hypertension in patients.Methods 60 cases of patients with hypertension in our hospital from November 2014 to November 2015 were selected and were randomly divided into A group and B group, 30 cases in each group. A group was treated with oral drug forthe treatment of extended release nifedipine tablets, group B was treated by felodipine sustained release tablets.Results After treatment, the total effective rate and adverse reaction rate of B group were better than those of A group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Felodipine sustained release tablets for clinical application in the treatment of patients with hypertension signiifcantly, which has high security.
