多巴丝肼联合普拉克索对帕金森病患者非运动症状的治疗效果观察

Observation on Benserazide and Pramipexole in Parkinson Disease Patients With Non-motor Symptoms and Treatment Effect

目的 分析探讨多巴丝肼联合普拉克索对帕金森病（PD）患者非运动症状的治疗效果。方法 选取2013年2月-2016年4月我院收治的171例PD患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组（n=85）和对照组（n=86）。对照组患者采用多巴丝肼治疗,观察组患者采用多巴丝肼联合普拉克索治疗。分析比较两组患者治疗前后的各项评分指标。结果 治疗后,观察组患者的汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分、非运动症状30问卷筛查量表（NMSQuest）评分小于对照组,帕金森病睡眠量表（PDSS）评分大于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论多巴丝肼联合普拉克索对帕金森病患者非运动症状的抑郁状态和睡眠质量有显著改善作用。

Objective To investigate the analysis of benserazide and pramipexole on non motor symptoms in patients with Parkinson＆#39;s disease treatment.Methods 171 cases of PD in our hospital from February 2013 to April 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group （n=85） and control group （n=86）. The control group was treated with levodopa and benserazide hydrochloride treatment, observation group were treated with levodopa and Benserazide combined with pramipexole. The scores of two groups before and after treatment were analyzed and compared.Results After the treatment, the HAMD score and NMS Quest score of the observation group were less than those of the control group, the PDSS score was greater than that of the control group （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The depression and sleep quality of benserazide and pramipexole in Parkinson disease patients with non motor symptoms were signiifcantly improved in left and right.
