评价氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗社区老年原发高血压合并糖尿病患者的临床效果

Evaluation of Clinical Efficacy of Amlodipine Combined With Valsartan in the Treatment of Elderly Patients With Primary Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus

目的评价氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗社区老年原发高血压合并糖尿病患者的临床效果。方法选取我社区收治的老年原发高血压合并糖尿病患者459例,平均随机分为A、B、C三组,A组给予氨氯地平治疗,B组给予缬沙坦治疗,C组氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗,评价三组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,C组患者的血糖、血压各指标均显著优于A、B两组,P<0.05;C组的不良反应率均低于A、B两组,P<0.05。结论氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗社区老年原发高血压合并糖尿病可以明显改善患者的血压及血糖水平,降低不良反应的发生。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of amlodipine combined with valsartan in the treatment of elderly patients with primary hypertension and diabetes mellitus. Methods 459 cases of elderly patients with primary hypertension and diabetes mellitus in our community. The average were randomly divided into three groups, A, B, and C group. A group was treated with amlodipine, B group was given about valsartan, C group was given about amlodipine combined with valsartan, to evaluate the curative effect of three groups.ResultsAfter treatment, the blood glucose and blood pressure of patients in group C were signiifcantly better than those of A and B,P〈0.05. The adverse reaction rates of C group were lower than those of A group and B group,P〈0.05.Conclusion Amlodipine combined with valsartan in the treatment of elderly patients with primary hypertension and diabetes can signiifcantly improve the blood pressure and blood sugar levels, to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
