氟康唑联合克霉唑阴道片治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎效果评价

Assessment of the Effect of Fluconazole in Combination With Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets in the Treatment of Recurrent Candida Vaginitis

目的 探究氟康唑联合凯妮汀治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎的效果。方法 选取我院2014年1月-2016年1月接受治疗的180例复发性阴道炎患者作为研究对象,采用盲选法将其分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用克霉唑阴道片治疗,观察组采用氟康唑联合克霉唑阴道片治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组患者治疗有效率明显高于对照组,各项临床体征指标明显优于对照组,两组对比,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 对复发性念珠菌性阴道炎患者采用氟康唑联合克霉唑阴道片进行治疗能够有效提升患者的治疗效果,改善患者的各项临床体征。

Objective To explore the effect of fluconazole combined with fluconazole in the treatment of recurrent Candida vaginitis. Methods In our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016, 180 cases of patients with recurrent vaginitis were treated as the research object, it was divided into two groups： the observation group and the control group, control group was using about clotrimazole vaginal tablets,The observation group was treated with fluconazole combined with clotrimazole vaginal tablets. The therapeutic effect of two groups was compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the clinicalsigns were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of patients with recurrent Candida vaginitis with fluconazole combined with clotrimazole vaginal tablets can effectively improve the treatment of patients, to improve the patient＇s clinical signs.
