肾炎康复片治疗糖尿病肾病的系统评价

Systematic Review on the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy With Nephritis and Rehabilitation Tablets

目的 系统评价肾炎康复片治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法 选取黑龙江省宾县人民医院肾内科自2015年3月-2016年3月收治的60例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,将其分为对照组与实验组。对照组患者采用常规方法治疗,实验组患者在上述治疗基础上,采用肾炎康复片治疗。采用统计学方法对两组患者的疗效进行分析。结果 实验组患者治疗总有效率90%,高于对照组（76.67%）,两组对比,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组患者的临床症状消失率为96.67%,高于对照组（83.33%）,两组对比,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 采用肾炎康复片治疗糖尿病肾病,可以显著提高治疗效果。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with nephritis and rehabilitation. Methods Binxian people＇s Hospital of Heilongjiang province department of nephrology from March 2015 to March 2016, 60 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients were selected as the object of study and were divided into the control group and the experimental group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment, experimental group patients on the basis of the above treatment, treatment of nephritis rehabilitation tablets.The efficacy of two groups of patients were analyzed by statistical methods. Results the total effective rate was 90% in the experimental group, which was higher than the control group （76.67%）, the difference was statistically significant between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. The clinical symptom disappearance rate of the experimental group was 96.67%, which was higher than the control group （83.33%）, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of diabetic nephropathy with nephritis rehabilitation tablets, which can significantly improve the treatment effect.
