康复新液治疗肛瘘术后创面60例临床研究

A Clinical Study of 60 Cases of Wounds of Kangfuxin Liquid in the Treatment of Anal Fistula After Operation

目的 分析康复新液治疗肛瘘术后创面的效果。方法 选取2015年5月-2016年6月我院收治60例肛瘘术后患者作为研究对象,将其随机分类对照组、观察组,每组30例患者。治疗方法层面上,对照组采用凡士林纱条切口处引流,观察组采用康复新液纱条切口处引流,总结归纳两组患者的最终治疗效果。结果 观察组的治疗效果优于对照组,两组对比,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 采用康复新液治疗肛瘘术后创面能够促进创面的愈合,缩短患者的住院时间,减轻伤口的瘙痒、疼痛,进而促进患者的恢复,应用价值较高。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of Kangfuxin Liquid in treatment of anal ifstula wound effect.MethodsFrom May 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital 60 cases of postoperative anal ifstula patients as the research object, the control group and the observation group were randomly classiifed, 30 cases of patients in each group. Treatment level, control group was treated with vaseline gauze incision drainage. Observation group were treated with kangfuxin liquid gauze incision drainage, the ifnal therapeutic effect of the two groups were summarized.ResultsThe therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Kangfuxin liquid in treatment of anal ifstula wound to promote wound healing, shorten the length of stay in patients, to relieve the itching and pain of the wound, and promote the recovery of patients, higher application value.
