齐齐哈尔市居民健康信息素养现状与培养策略研究

The Study on Current Situation and Training Strategies of Health Information Literacy of the Residents in Qiqihar

目的了解齐齐哈尔市居民健康信息素养现状,并为制定相应培养策略提供依据。方法采用多阶段抽样的方法,以问卷方式对齐齐哈尔市居民健康信息素养水平进行调查。结果齐齐哈尔市居民健康信息素养得分为(22.03±1.80)分。经统计学分析,女性健康信息素养水平普遍高于男性;受教育程度越高,其健康信息素养水平也越高;随着家庭年收入增加,健康信息素养水平升高。结论应根据不同人群制定具有针对性的健康信息培养策略,并提升互联网在居民健康教育中的作用,以逐步提升居民健康信息素养水平。

Objective To understand the current situation of health information literacy of the residents in Qiqihar, and to provide basis for developing corresponding training strategies.MethodsThe health information literacy level of the residents in Qiqihar was investigated in multi-stage sampling method with questionnaires.Results The score of health information literacy of residents in Qiqihar is （22.03±1.80）. By statistical analysis, the health information literacy level of women is generally higher than that of men. Meanwhile the higher education level is, the higher health information literacy level will be. And the health information literacy level rises with the increase of annual household income.Conclusion Targeted health information training strategies should be developed according to different groups of people, meanwhile, the role of the Internet in the health education of residents should be promoted in order to improve the level of the residents＇ health information literacy gradually.
