摘要
目的观察头穴透刺对脑梗死大鼠NO、PKA、PDGFR-β、Ca^(2+)的影响。方法运用线栓方法制作脑梗死的大鼠模型,对模型大鼠行头穴透刺及一般针刺,药物治疗;14 d后检测大鼠PDGFR-β、PKA及NO、Ca^(2+)的变化。结果头穴透刺明显提升大鼠PDGFR-β、PKA的表达;降低NO含量、升高Ca^(2+)离子含量。头穴透刺组的治疗效果优于其他两组。结论与其他两组比较,头穴透刺明显提升大鼠PDGFR-β、PKA的表达;降低NO含量、升高Ca^(2+)离子含量,对脑保护作用效果显著。
Objective The Effect of scalp penetration acupuncture on NO, PKA, PDGFR-β, Ca2+ in rats with cerebral infarction.Methods Using suture-occluded method in the rats medels With cerebral infarction. Scalp penetration acupuncture, general acupuncture and medication in rats. Detecting the change of PDGFR-β, PKA, NO, Ca2+ in rats after two of treatment courses.Results Scalp penetration acupuncture significantly improve PDGFR-β, PKA expression and increase Ca2+ ion content. At the same time reduce NO content. The therapeutic effect of scalp penetration acupuncture group is better than the other two groups.Conclusion Scalp penetration acupuncture group Compared with the other two groups has the best effect on brain protection.
