探讨Barlow综合征患者在行心脏手术后的重症监护病房监护要点

To Investigate Main Points of Intensive Care Unit After Cardiac Surgery in Patients With Barlow Syndrome

目的 对Barlow综合征患者实施心脏手术后于重症监护病房护理要点进行分析。方法 选取我院2016年1-6月收治的行心脏手术治疗Barlow综合征患者26例,将其各项临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结重症监护室病房对该类患者护理对策。结果 本组患者均顺利进行手术,于重症监护室治疗时间为18-26 h,平均为（20.54±1.09）h。2例患者治疗中出现严重肺部功能障碍,经抢救后转入普通病房,本组患者均痊愈出院。结论 对Barlow综合征患者行心脏手术后,在重症监护室治疗中给予有效护理,可增加手术成功率,帮助患者迅速脱离危险期的作用。

Objective To implement Barlow syndrome patients after heart surgery ICU nursing points were analyzed.Methods In our hospital from January to June 2016, 26 cases of patients with cardiac surgery Barlow syndrome, the clinical data review and summarize the intensive care unit ward nursing countermeasure of the patients. Resultsthis group of patients with surgery successfully, in the intensive care unit treatment time is 18-26 hours, average （20.54 ± 1.09） hours. 2 cases in the treatment in patients with severe pulmonary dysfunction, transferred to ordinary ward after the rescue, the patients were recovered discharged from hospital.ConclusionBarlow syndrome patients after heart surgery, provide effective nursing care in theintensive care unit treatment, can increase the operation effect, help patients quickly out of danger.
