摘要
目的 探究门诊精神病患者输液的护理措施。方法 选取我院2015年1月-2016年3月收治的40例门诊精神病患者,采用单盲、随机分组方式,将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各20例。对照组采用常规护理;观察组在对照组基础上采用个性化护理,比较分析两组患者护理效果。结果 观察组患者护理总有效率为95%,显著高于对照组的80%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 针对门诊精神病患者,输液过程中,给予个性化护理,有助于增加患者治疗依从性,效果显著。
Objective To explore the nursing measures of outpatient mental patient infusion.Methods From January 2015 and March 2016 in our hospital, 40 cases of outpatient psychiatric patients, adopts single blind,randomized method, divided into observation group and control group, 20 cases in each group. The control group was using by conventional care. Observation group, on the basis of control group, received the individual care, compared two groups of patients with nursing effect.Results The observation group of patients nursing the total effective rate was 95%, significantly higher than that of control group 80%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. ConclusionIn view of the outpatient mental patients, in the process of transfusion and give personalized care, improve patient treatment adherence, obvious effect.
