摘要
目的 研究人性化护理对胸外科手术患者的护理质量影响。方法选取我院2015年5月-2016年5月收治的44例胸外科手术患者,将其按照随机数字表法均分为观察组与对照组,每组各22例患者。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用人性化护理,对比两组患者的护理质量。结果 观察组患者的护理质量评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 在胸外科手术患者的护理过程中应用人性化护理显著提升了患者的护理质量,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To study the effect of humanized nursing on the nursing quality of Department of thoracic surgery patients.Methods 44 cases of surgical patients in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected and were divided into observation group and control group, according to the random number table method, 22 cases of patients in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing care, patients in the observation group were treated with humanized nursing, nursing quality was compared between two groups.Results The nursing quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Application of humanistic nursing in the nursing process of operation patients in Department of thoracic surgery has signiifcantly improved the nursing quality of patients.
