摘要
目的 探讨心理行为干预对美沙酮维持治疗的吸毒人群疗效的影响。方法 选取2014年8月-2016年7月本中心收治的40例接受美沙酮维持治疗的吸毒人员作为研究对象,随机将期分为观察组和对照组,对照组行单纯护理干预,观察组行心理行为干预。结果 两组研究对象在坚持治疗的比例上比较,观察组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 在美沙酮维持治疗的吸毒人员中实施心理行为干预能够有效提升其治疗持续性。
Objective To investigate the effect of psychological and behavioral intervention on the effect of methadone maintenance treatment on drug users.Methods 40 cases of drug users who received methadone maintenance treatment in our center from August 2014 to July 2016 were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with simple nursing intervention. Psychological behavior intervention in the observation group. ResultsTwo groups were compared in the proportion of adherence to treatment, The observation group was better than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the methadone maintenance treatment of drug addicts in the implementation of psychological and behavioral intervention can effectively improve the continuity of its treatment.
