摘要
IgA肾病是最常见的原发性肾小球肾炎。IgA肾病临床及病理呈现多样性。糖皮质激素(激素)是治疗IgA肾病的基础药物之一,激素能减少IgA肾病患者尿蛋白,降低中、高危IgA肾病患者进入ESRD危险,改善IgA肾病患者的预后。
IgA nephropathy is the most common primary glomerulonephritis worldwide. IgA nephropathy presents different clinical and histologic features. Use of glucoeorticoids is the cornerstone of management for IgA nephropathy. Glueoeorticoids reduce proteinuria and risk of end-stage renal disease, and improve the prognosis of patients with advanced IgA nephropathy.
