计及风、光、负荷关联关系的分布式电源市场化优化配置 被引量:4

摘要 在风速、光照及负荷各自不确定性基础上,考虑三者变化之间的关联关系,并提出用Kendall系数表征,选择市场中不同利益方关注的年投资运行成本、有功网损和电压指标为优化目标,建立一种分布式电源市场化配置模型。基于拉丁超立方采样并结合Cholesky分解技术处理关联关系,并提出一种新的基于Pareto最优解集的多目标和声搜索算法进行模型求解,通过改进的模糊决策方法以确定分布式电源的配置方案。最后立足电力市场,在改进的IEEE33节点配电网模型中进行仿真计算,从不同利益方角度选出不同方案,验证所提模型和方法的有效性与实用性。 Based on the uncertainty of wind,illumination and load,the correlations among them is considered and characterized by Kendall coefficient. A multi-objective Marketization model is proposed with the objective of minimizing annual comprehensive cost,active power losses and voltage index which different interest concern. The correlations is operated by Latin Hypercube sampling with Cholesky decomposition. The multi-objective harmony search based on Pareto optimization solution set is proposed to solve the model and a improved fuzzy decision is proposed to choose the final plan. Case studies are carried out on the improved IEEE33-bus distribution network based on electric power market to choose the plans which represent the different interests. The results prove the validity and practicable of the model and method.
