基于发动机平均值模型的进气歧管模型仿真精度分析研究 被引量:14

摘要 精确计量汽油机进气系统的空气流动状态是实现空燃比精准控制的前提。在利用发动机平均值模型建模时,会根据实际需要将进气系统简化为绝热模型或是传热模型。结合这一情况,对进气歧管绝热和传热进行了相应的模型分析。具体分析了汽油机在利用平均值模型进行建模时,进气系统是否需要考虑热量交换。利用MATLAB/Simulink软件建立发动机进气系统模型。经过分析得出:当发动机平均值模型用在稳态工况时,可以将模型简化为绝热情况。当发动机平均值模型用在瞬态工况时,以采用进气歧管换热模型为宜。 Accurately measuring the engine air intake system's air flow state is the premise to realize precise air-fuel ratio control,in the use of engine mean value model,it's need to simplify the intake system as adiabatic or heat transfer model based on the actual needs. According to this situation,the intake manifold heat insulation and heat transfer model were analyzed. When using the mean value engine model,it's need to consider the heat exchange or not. MATLAB / Simulink software to establish the model of engine intake system was used,Through analysis,it's to know that when the mean value engine model is used in steady state,the model can be simplified to adiabatic condition; When the mean value engine model is used in transient condition,it is advisable to use the heat transfer model of the intake manifold.
