摘要
目前对飞机环控系统引气污染的研究无法从环控系统中污染物的产生到座舱内污染物的扩散进行整体仿真模拟。通常所采用一维系统仿真软件AMESim可以对飞机环控系统进行精确建模,获得各个部件内参数的变化;却不能得到详细的流场信息和污染物扩散信息。而计算流体力学软件FLUENT可以提供座舱内非常详细的流体计算结果;但却无法对环控系统各个部件进行精确建模。采用AMESim-FLUENT耦合计算模型,针对飞机引气污染建立联合模型,研究了污染物在环控系统与座舱内的扩散。研究结果表明,AMESim-FLUENT耦合计算模型可以成功模拟引气污染在环控系统以及飞机座舱内的扩散;且耦合计算结果比单一系统仿真模型计算结果更为精确。这种耦合计算方法对于飞机环控系统整体研究具有重要意义。
The current research on bleed air contaminant in aircraft can not capture the whole information from environmental control system to aircraft cabin. It is reliable to build all of the components and subsystem model for environmental control system in AMESim but cannot provide detail flow and contaminate transport information in aircraft cabin. Computational fluid dynamics( CFD),on the other hand,gives a very detailed information but cannot build the complicated model for environmental control system. A coupled AMESim-FLUENT model can offer an accurate calculated model for every single component in environmental control system and detailed information on contaminant dispersion in aircraft cabin. It was demonstrated that the coupled model for bleed air contaminant in aircraft is more reasonable and accurate than the single AMESim one.
