Parking Consuming Time Model of the Old Residential Area in Beijing

基于老旧小区的特征,选取北京市朝阳区7个老旧小区为研究对象,对小区现状、小区内基本停车状况、驾驶员停车行为进行调查。基于调查结果,首先分析了北京市老旧小区的停车行为特征;然后通过非参数检验,分析驾驶员性别、有无固定车位、出行时段、出行目的、小区车位数情况等因素与停车耗费时间的关系,确定停车耗费时间的影响因素;最后利用SPSS软件,以停车耗费时间为因变量,以有无固定车位、出行时段、出行目的、小区车位数情况为自变量,对各影响因素进行参数标定,建立老旧小区停车耗费时间模型,分析得出各因素影响的差异性。

Based on the characteristics of the old residential area,7 old residential areas in Beijing chaoyang were put as the research object,the present situation,basic parking situation and drivers＇ parking behavior were investigated. Based on the results of the survey,the parking behavior characteristics of the old residential area was analyzed. Then by nonparametric test,the relationship between the driver＇s gender,whether have fixed parking space,the trip time,the trip purpose,the number parking spaces and the time consuming for parking,to determine the influence factors of the time consuming for parking was analyzed. Finally by using SPSS software,the time consuming was put for parking as the dependent variable,the trip time,the trip purpose,whether have fixed parking space,the number parking spaces were put as the independent variable,calibration of all the factors,old residential time consuming for parking model is set up,and analysis of the differences between various factors.
